A fairly old, yet new would to the shoulder and leg that have yet to heal properly and give her a slight limp. Otherwise, nope. Not yet at least.

Kailyee is a little more harder to understand, but yet not. If it makes any sense to anyone other than herself. She is loyal, protective, lovable and can be funny. Yet she can also be quiet, shy and dangerous. Being Loyal can not only bring good, but can also bring bad things as she can hold secrets very well, unless it comes to life or death in dire situations. She can be hold words against those that tell them to hers, but holds words from those that have no need to tell. Loyalty to her, comes in play with protectiveness. She would rather die to keep secrets hidden rather than spill them to others that have no need to tell. This alone, can bring her to be dangerous if someone pushes too hard to get her to spill.

She is not a natural born leader, but Kai sure does follow to an extent. Other times, she will step up to lead when she needs to, making herself very well heard. Being a quiet, yet shy woman also gives her an open aura to others, at least until they discover that she is a skilled fighter in more than one way. Knowing how to protect not only herself, but her family and friends, Kai is sometimes known to kill when she has to. Though she prefers to release her anger through hunting or other random activities that can easily distract her from what ever anger had been built up inside of her. How ever, when she is in a good mood and alongside those that she knows and trusts, Kailyee can be a really goofy lady that enjoys bringing smiles to those around her.


Kailyee's story begins long before she was ever even a butterfly in her mother's stomach. It truly begins when her mother was a teen herself, no older than fifteen years of age when she met someone who would not only be her soulmate, but also be the death of her. Hannah, Kailyee's mother, was getting out for the summer when she met the two year elder that would soon become her husband. The two first married by the time she was 19, soon to have Kailyee at the age of 22. What had killed Hannah though, was herself. She had left the world by the time she was 24, shortly after giving birth to Kailyee's still born brother. Or at least that's what she had been told. Being thrown into the foster system, the at-the-time, almost two year old child slowly forgot what it was like to have an actual family, let alone know what her family actually was. Both parents being Alphas in their own shifter pack. It wasn't until she was sixteen that she finally figured out what she truly was. It was when she joined the Shifter world, relearning life as she knew it.

After her first shift under a new moon, Kailyee Rivers decided it would have been wise if she had not returned to the human world just yet, which also meant that she would be home-schooled until she had turned eighteen and was able to finally graduate with her age group. It was for the last few months that Kailyee has still been struggling to keep control of the black and white wolf that claws at her skin more times than not. Even after trying for four years since her first, deadly change. In those last four years, she has also received her share of scarred skin and missing fur of her favored choice of forms.

But what else is she missing? What brought her to Palyra? The loss of her previous pack, just months ago, is what brought the eighteen year old lady to Palyra. Sadly, she remembers that night as clear as the sun shines down on the world those clear summer days. She remembers being falling asleep next to her pack mate on the living room floor as half the pack sprawled out in the cabin's large living room to watch movies that night. At least so they had hoped. Until a deadly call reached their ears, echoing around the cabin seconds before gun fire broke windows, hitting some in the vitals as they all jumped to their feet, some changing as they awoke from what was peaceful sleep. It was after she escaped from a caged truck with a wound to the shoulder blade and leg that Kailyee soon found Palyra, in hopes to being able to find a new home. A new family. Being a sensitive topic to her still, Kai doubts she will ever forget the pack that she eventually called family. Including the new Alphas that had taken her under their paws shortly before she had turned sixteen, months before her first change. But will Palyra offer her the same respect and hope that her old home will? What is it exactly that Palyra holds for her?
