The calmest part of Sagice, open lands that have underground caves that can sometimes be heard after really bad rain falls. Though, they are far enough under the ground to house a single house. A mansion almost. However, this mansion has since been abandoned and has started to slowly fall apart. It is though, able to be renovated. The land around it seems calm year round, wildlife coming and going.
